• Dr Abayneh Esayas (ET) - Technical Manager aJ TSC - agronomist with a PhD in Soil Science and more then 20 years experience in agriculture projects.
• Jacques Otto (SA) - Finance & Operations Manager aJ TSC - gained 20 years of experience in finance management in international companies in South Africa.
• Gerard Pothuis (NL) - Fruit Plantation Manager aJ TSC - is specialized in irrigation in Ethiopia and has over 20 years of experience in horticulture production.
• Genet Abebe (ET) - Human Resource Manager aJ TSC - has worked for several multinationals in Ethiopia.
